Huxtable Design & Build is currently completing work for me in developing a family home. The house is a development of an existing, fairly dated and tired, single story property into a two storey modern, state of the art family home which follows an innovative architectural design and incorporates an overall finish of an extremely high-end standard.
I should point out that Alan & Callum's involvement started long before the actual building work commenced. They were key elements of the design process, working closely alongside the architect and ourselves in developing the initial vision and progressing that to a formal and highly detailed design. Insight was provided into what was achievable and affordable within our budget and used experience to highlight difficulties that could be faced at various stages of the build. They also assisted in exploring financing options and provided a proposal for a phased financing process with milestones to be achieved prior to the release of further funding.

A very professional team with second to none quality standards. The guys on site have went above and beyond with the build and have treated it as if they were building their own. The owner fully involves himself and cares deeply about the build and most importantly, having a good relationship.

From the beginning of the project, with initial site meetings, to completion the whole team has been very professional, friendly and taken pride in the work which is reflected in our truly amazing custom pieces such as the curved oak steps, unique Corian desk and stunning glass balustrade finishing off the decking beautifully.
Due to the nature and specification of our project, it did present many challenges, however the Huxtable team were up to the task, nothing was a problem and there imagination and craftsmanship really does make them stand out in in there sector,
